Position: Administrative Assistant

Program: Administration

Location: 2121 Lisenby Avenue, Panama City, FL 32405

Description: Provide high-level support to the Executive Director and other management team members. Tasks include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls and correspondence, attending and recording meeting minutes, filing documents and performing other customary office tasks.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Applicants must have at least two years clerical/administrative experience and possess excellent communications/customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.

Position: Youth Specialist, both full and part time positions open.

Program: Hidle House

Location: Panama City, Florida

Description: The focus of these positions is to provide motivation, leadership, structure, and day-to-day supervision and development to the adolescent youth in shelter. The Youth Specialist supervises resident youth in a 24-hour awake program and works closely with the Residential Counselors, who are responsible for clinical services provided in the shelter. Candidates hired must be able to work shifts. This is a full-time position and is eligible for benefits.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Prefer applicants to have a year’s experience working with adolescents or children.

Position: Full-time House Parent

Program: Sibling Group Home

Location: Panama City Beach, FL

Description: Provide direct support and guidance to children in sibling groups between the ages of 6 – 12 years of age in an 8 bed group home setting. This position requires some flexibility in schedules and may work up to 30 hours per week.

Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED required with a year’s experience working adolescents and/or children. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
