Position: Youth Specialist / Part Time
Description:The successful candidate will provide motivation, leadership, structure, and day-to-day supervision and development to the adolescent youth in the Hidle House Shelter.
The Youth Specialist supervises resident youth in a 24-hour awake program and works closely with the Residential Counselors, who are responsible for clinical services provided in the shelter. Candidates hired must be able to work shifts.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Prefer applicants to have 1 year of experience working with adolescents or children. Must possess a valid driver's license.

Position: Residential Case Manager
Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to resident youth and leadership. Oversight, and clinical support to staff and youth in the crisis shelter.
The position will work directly with adolescents and their families in a residential setting using individual, group, and family counseling skills.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Position: Dependency Case Manager
Description: The successful candidate will use professionalism to protect children and work with families who are at risk of or have experienced abuse, neglect, and/or abandonment. Provided services include protective supervision and/or foster care services.
This position with children and their families to conduct assessments, develop appropriate case plans, refer for specific services, collect and submit documentation necessary for court, monito progress towards permanency and their goals, and other duties necessary to ensure the safety and well being of children receiving services.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or related Human Services field with 2 years of experience working with children and families. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Position: Resident Advisor
Description: The successful candidate will provide mentorship and leadership for youth ages 16 to 21 who reside in a transitional living clustered apartment setting.
This position provides supervision, recreation, basic life skills training, and transportation for youth and requires the flexibility to work all shifts, days, evenings, and weekend hours as needed.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required and preferably 2 years of experience working with youth. Must possess a valid driving license.
