Position: Hidle and McElvey - Direct Care Specialist
Description:Anchorage is currently seeking to fill Youth Specialist positions at our Panama City and Panama City Beach locations. The successful candidate will provide motivation, leadership, structure, and day-to-day supervision and development to the adolescent youth in the Hidle House Shelter and/or the McElvey Youth Group Home.
The Youth Specialist supervises resident youth in a 24-hour awake program and works closely with the Residential Counselors, who are responsible for clinical services provided in the shelter.
Candidates hired must be able to work shifts. We are recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions. Shift Pay Differential for 3rd Shift.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Prefer applicants to have 1 year of experience working with adolescents or children.

Description: The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is passionate about serving youth in our community. The Lead Outreach Specialist will lead a team of Street Outreach Support Specialists responsible for locating, building rapport with, and assisting homeless youth and adults through Street Outreach and Recovery efforts and activities.
Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Prefer applicants would have 2 years of experience working with adolescents or children. Valid Driver's License with appropriate insurance coverage required. Reliable Transportation required.

Position: Outreach Specialist / Part Time
