Care Management
Care Management provides case management and assessment to children and youth ages 0-17 and their families where there has been verified abuse or allegation of abuse. Our Case Managers work closely with the families to resolve issues and help develop a healthy and stable environment for the child and family. Anchorage provides case management services to families in Jackson, Washington, Holmes, and Calhoun Counties. Anchorage’s Care Management offices are located in Chipley and Marianna, FL.
